Mortgage Checklist

The following information is usually required during the loan process:

  • A copy of your Social Security card and Drivers License/State Identification
  • Full month of current pay stubs
  • Copy of Social Security Awards/Pension Awards letters (if applicable)
  • Past two years complete tax returns
  • If self-employed, a recent profit/loss statement
  • If self-employed, past two years of business tax returns
  • Bank statements for the past two months (all pages)
  • Investment account statements for the past two months
  • Retirement account statements for the past two months
  • If condo, name/phone number of condo association

If you currently own Real Estate:

  • Recent Mortgage Statement with your current lender
  • Home insurance policy information (name of agent/phone number)
  • Home equity loan account information (if applicable)
